My husband and I just got home from an amazing trip to Universal Studios. Working with Arlina and people mover travel was absolutely amazing and made the whole processof booking our vacation so easy and stress free. I just wanted to let everyone know that I had book my cruise with Arlina back in April. All paid for and now just waiting to go in Feb 2023. A few days ago she had emailed me and let me know that I was eligible for a promotion that Disney was running. She was able to get me a refund of over $500.00. She was still looking out for my family even though her job had technically already done. Now that is amazing customer service!
