Disney Cruise - Bahamas

I just wanted to let everyone know that I had book my cruise with Arlina back in April. All paid for and now just waiting to go in Feb 2023. A few days ago she had emailed me and let me know that I was eligible for a promotion that Disney was running. She was able to get me a refund of over $500.00. She was still looking out for my family even though her job had technically already done. Now that is amazing customer service!
