I just returned from one of my most magical Disney adventures yet and I have Danette to thank for that! Not only did my resort(s), All Star Music and Port Orleans French Quarter exceed my expectations, I had some truly magical events happen! It just so happened that a very special friend from high school (in JAPAN!) was visiting Disney at the same time! We were able to meet up and reconnect after 32 years!!! It truly was an amazing trip that I will never forget 🥰 I also got to spend time with my “nephew” and his husband who were there for their second anniversary! Kayla was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process of planning our Disney trip for my daughter’s third birthday. She was so responsive, so helpful, and truly made the whole experience feel easier from beginning to end.
She helped us switch up our travel plans along the way and ended up saving us around $1,000 while also helping us get dining included, which was huge. She was always quick to answer questions, explain our options, and help me figure out what made the most sense for our family.
One of the things that really stood out to me was that she was actually on vacation the day our dining reservations opened, but she still made sure we were completely taken care of. She arranged for her colleague Dan to help us, and he was able to snag some of our hardest-to-get reservations, including Cinderella’s Royal Table and my daughter’s first haircut at Harmony Barber Shop. Huge shout-out to Dan for that too!
And the support didn’t stop once we arrived at Disney. I texted Kayla during the trip with an issue, and she responded so quickly with exactly what I needed to do. I was literally able to follow her instructions and get everything taken care of before my daughter even got off the ride she was on with my husband.
For a trip that meant so much to us, especially celebrating our daughter turning three, having someone this responsive and invested in making sure everything went smoothly was invaluable. I would absolutely book with Kayla again and recommend her to anyone planning a Disney trip.

Our stay in WDW was great! Many thanks to Danette who answered all of my questions in a timely manner and offered helpful suggestions. I typically plan my own WDW vacations, but I have been a fan of Tyler (Tyler Travels TV on YouTube) and Jessica for awhile now and wanted to book my next trip through Tyler's business. I could have planned the trip on my own, but having Danette "by my side" was helpful in so many ways. Answering questions, applying new discounts that happen to come up and keeping on schedule for booking dining and Lighting Lanes. We are already working together on my next trip!
