I hadn’t been to Universal in years, and had never been to Epic, so I wasn’t sure how to maximize a quick weekend trip. Daniel was incredibly helpful, suggesting the order of the parks, rope drop rides, when to use single-rider, and breaking down the express pass options and logistics for my family. He was always friendly and quick to respond, and I felt more at ease going into this knowing our travel party was guided by an expert! He was happy to help cater our trip toward our priorities, and made picking a hotel, getting our tickets, and planning our overall itineraries much more enjoyable and less stressful. I also appreciated how we could be as involved as much or as little as we wanted in the planning process. I love planning trips myself, so I had refrained from travel agents in the past, but it never felt like Daniel was taking over, only planning with me! I used People Mover travel to book my solo, and very first trip to WDW. I have been following Tyler and Jessica Braun for years and have known about the travel agency this whole time.
