I wanted to say a huge thank you to Cheyenne for her hard work and support while booking experiences at Walt Disney World. We had booked our holiday over a year before we started working with Cheyenne and therefore missed out on using the full travel agent services (something I'll definitely be looking into next time) but Cheyenne still provided incredible assistance in helping us book two VIP days and navigating the Lightning Lane system for the remainder of our trip.

We were a party of 7 travelling from the UK, with 3 Disney newbies. The rest of us had not been to Orlando for 10+ years, and a lot has changed since then! We were celebrating a big birthday so wanted to make the trip extra special with a VIP day and Cheyenne provided incredible support from the first day we contacted her. She was responsive, friendly, helpful and so happy to answer to my (many) stupid questions. This went a long way to putting my mind at rest and ensuring we maximised our holiday.

Danette was amazing! While I have plenty of experience traveling to Disney World, this was my first trip to Disneyland and I needed help. We originally went out to CA for a family trip, but ended up wanting to hit Disneyland while we were out. We just returned from the most incredible Disney World trip, and it was truly perfect from start to finish, all thanks to Haleigh!
This was our daughter's very first Disney trip and our sons' fourth visit, which presented a unique challenge: how do we capture that pure, magical "first time" experience for our daughter while still making it special and exciting for our boys who've been before? Haleigh understood exactly what we needed and helped us strike that perfect balance.
