I used People Mover travel to book my solo, and very first trip to WDW. I have been following Tyler and Jessica Braun for years and have known about the travel agency this whole time. I did not have a lot of time to research where to stay and how to get the best deal on tickets so I decided to try the agency since it is a free service. Cheyenne was amazing in answering all my questions and presenting all options and the pros and cons. I even had questions my arrival day and she was quick to answer. Everything went so smooth and I am so glad I had help!

Jordan Lesmeister with People Mover Travel was outstanding to work with from start to finish. This was our first trip to Disneyland and California Adventure, a quick weekend trip from April 10 to April 12 and she made sure we were well prepared every step of the way. From helping us choose the right airport to offering practical flying advice, she took a lot of the guesswork out of the trip.
What really stood out was how responsive and helpful she was when we ran into an issue our first day at the parks. We were trying to add an extra ticket in the middle of all the excitement, and Jordan jumped in quickly and helped us get it sorted without adding any stress.
She knows what she’s doing, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about making sure your trip goes smoothly. We’ll absolutely be reaching out to Jordan again for our next trip.

This was kind of a last-minute trip, and he made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Everything was well planned, and we had a fantastic time. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. I would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience working with Cheyenne. It was nice to take some of the planning off my plate. She helped organize a special birthday trip for my daughter and another family, even within a tight timeframe. We visited Discovery Cove, SeaWorld, and Aquatica, and everything went smoothly. Along with booking our park tickets, she also gave us restaurant recommendations, a quote for a hotel we were interested in, and car rental information, helping us decide what would work best for us. Cheyenne was friendly and responsive, and I would absolutely work with her again.

When I first requested a quote, I thought I might get limited amount of useful information. Little did I know. I got the real jackpot!
My travel agent Cheyenne was extremely polite, helpful and guided me through during every single step on our vacation. I can also assure everyone who is reading this review that I did my best to try test if there is some sort of limit how many questions can be asked. I live far far away from our destination and I had plenty of questions. However, all questions were answered thoroughly and with excitment. Cheyenne even encouraged me to keep questions coming, until I had to give up. I couldn't make up any more questions since everything started to see clear. Cheyenne 1 me 0. Therefore our stay was stress free. I had a pretty good idea where I'm heading and what to expect. I do love planning and Cheyenne was invaluable partner with all that experience and facts that she has. I do really miss those conversations. One of the best values having Cheyenne on board was the fact that I knew I could always text her when I reach my destination if I ever needed any local help. That gave me comfort. I thought I would have send her a text just to say thank you, but I forgot. So here it is, from bottom of my heart, thank you Cheyenne. Thank you for helping our dreams come through.

Oh my, where do I begin? I just want to give all my thanks to our wonderful agent, Kayla - for helping us book our latest trip at Walt Disney World. We just got back, and had an amazing time. She was very patient with us, making soooo many changes along the way (and some very last minute changes that helped us maximize our time in Orlando). I’ve been to WDW many times (30+), but this is the first time I’ve tried a travel advisor. I’m a self described Disney Adult and live in my own fairy tale world! I actually enjoy planning my Disney vacations, but to have someone partnering up with me was truly enjoyable. This trip was for myself and two friends. Daniel sent different resort options and offered dining recommendations. He pointed out some special options and answered my questions along the way.
I cannot impress upon you how much I appreciated his response time and professionalism! But added to that was his enthusiasm and friendliness! I felt like I was just chatting with another Disney obsessed comrade! I will sing his praises all day, because he really brought the pixie dust I didn’t even know I was missing!!
