We had a fantastic time at Disney World. We stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort and Kayla did a wonderful job of noting our specific location within the resort and we were able to obtain a good room location. After spending 4 nights there, we then boarded the beautiful Disney Fantasy for a short 5 night cruise. Kayla did a marvelous job of helping us secure our reservations and kept track of pricing and was able to save us money by finding special offers prior to our trip. I hadn’t been to Universal in years, and had never been to Epic, so I wasn’t sure how to maximize a quick weekend trip. Daniel was incredibly helpful, suggesting the order of the parks, rope drop rides, when to use single-rider, and breaking down the express pass options and logistics for my family.
