My family and I just got back from a wonderful 5-night trip at Walt Disney World, and we have Kayla to thank for it!

I've been on Disney trips before and I've never used a travel agent, so I wasn't sure that we needed one, but I must say having Kayla's help made the whole process so much smoother. This particular trip was more complicated because my sister and her family were also coming along - so we had multiple reservations to juggle. Kayla made the whole process easy and answered all of our questions along the way. Disney is also constantly changing and updating things, so even though I have been before, there were new rules and things to learn about Lightening Lanes, PhotoPass, meal plans, etc.- it was so helpful to have a professional's opinion and advice for all things Disney. Because of Kayla we were able to get reservations at our preferred hotel, connecting hotel rooms, and the dining reservations of our choice. This trip would not have gone off so smoothly if we didn't have Kayla's excellent guidance and help along the way. Thank you Kayla! This is our second trip booking with Jordan to Universal Orlando and she was once again phenomenal! She was so knowledgeable and helpful with planning, especially with the new Epic universe park.
We also had a few stressful events happen unexpectantly leading up to the trip, and Jordan was great keeping us educated on what would happen if we needed to cancel or reschedule our plans (thankfully that did not happen!).
