We recently had the pleasure of working with Kayla on a much needed and long overdue family trip to Disney!!! With all of the changes Disney has made since our last trip over 6 years ago, we definitely needed professional help! Kayla made sure we understood the reservation system, the new genie options, the new app, made our reservations and was always quick to reply to all of our random questions about the parks. It was so reassuring to have someone we could bounce ideas off of and who made sure we had everything squared away. Her knowledge of all things Disney is amazing. Thank you, Kayla!
