Working with PMT was the best move I made! Didn’t have to worry about anything, told PMT where I wanted to go and they made it happen! I will continue to use them for any and all trips!!!!

Jordan was extremely helpful in planning our family vacation to Disney World. Arlina was amazing! I really appreciate the patience she had with my situation. My getaway weekend was supposed to be in May buy we had a family situation. She gave me all of my options including change my hotel booking to another date so I wouldn't loose money. Actually we save money. We had a bast, she was always in contact in case I need something. Hotel she recommended was beautiful. everything was perfect thanks to her. Im pretty bad planning vacations and she did it for me.

Arlina is an amazing travel agent! She stayed within our budget, reserved hard to get reservations (Royal Table, Oga’s Cantina,Tuskers) and she was very responsive to our emails. I love that she gave us so many options for a family of 6 working with a tight budget. This was our first time going to WDW, so she fielded a plethora of questions about hotels, parks, transportation, Genie +, Lighting Lanes, rides, and restaurants. Also, a Disney + promotion came out after we had already booked and Arlina immediately reached out and made all necessary arrangements so we could benefit from the promo. Thanks to Arlina we left for the trip feeling very well informed and it was an excellent trip!

I found this agency via Jessica Braun on YouTube and had such an amazing experience with them! They help you get the best prices, get dining reservations, answer any questions, they even send you a little gift before departing and it’s the sweetest thing ever. After not having been to Disney in 20+ years, my wife and I were overwhelmed at the thought of planning a vacation with our two boys and my in-laws. Having just gotten back last week, I am so happy to tell you that it was better than we could have imagined. Jordan was our travel agent and helped us with every possible detail. She helped us choose a great resort, got all of our dinner reservations (even tracked the one that we couldn’t immediately secure and booked it for us). When our departure flight was canceled she helped us get the night we were missing at the resort refunded and rearrange our park reservations. A simple Disney YouTube search, led me to a family documenting their Disney Vacation. Came to realize, the family owned a Travel Agency that caters to Disney and beyond, with a great staff. Tyler has been our travel agent for Walt Disney World vacations since 2016 and we’ve always loved working with him. My husband and I reached out for his help when planning our honeymoon since we always had such a great experience with him before and he did not disappoint. I've planned several trips with People Mover Travel and I can't recommend Tyler and his bunch enough! Our latest was to Disneyland and it was my son's first experience with the Disney parks. Tyler leaves no stone unturned which is ideal because Disney vacations can be quite complicated. Do yourself a favor and use this company. They know their stuff and they care about their customers.
