We worked with Kayla and she was FABULOUS! She organized our trip to Walt Disney World and we had the trip of a lifetime. We visited all 4 parks with no issues. She even planned out our Genie plus and ILLs to ensure we got to ride everything we wanted to (which we did, some rides even multiple times)! My family and I recently got back from a weeklong trip to Universal Studios and Walt Disney World and had a magical time thanks to Jordan! I have been to Disney World more times than I can count, but this was my first trip to Universal and needed to call in the experts. She was so knowledgeable and so congenial! It was the perfect balance of friendly and professional. She always responded in a timely manner and also reached out to me to check on the planning process. We hit a snag with Genie plus while in Disney World and she got back to me right away and we got our issue resolved. I have recommended People Mover Travel to everyone I can! I loved working with Erika! The communication was great before, during and even after our Disney trip! she was on top of everything even helped with our room when Disney messed up something. We got the most beautiful room at Coronado Resort… We got some perks and she was so friendly answering my 117 questions! Bailee was super helpful as we planned our Disneyland trip! I visit Walt Disney World pretty frequently (and a former DCP alumni), but this was only my second time at Disneyland. It was also my first visit to a Disney park since Genie+ and lightening lanes have been implemented. Bailee was able to help explain the genie+ and individual lightening lane rules to help us get the most out of it! She also assisted in confirming Oogie Boogie Bash tickets and multiple reservations (Blue Bayou, Carnation Cafe, Trader Sam's, and Carthay Circle) that I know I would have never been able to do by myself! She was so responsive (sometimes within minutes!) and always happy to go the extra mile. This is my first time using a travel agent for my Disney trips and I will never go back! Amazing!

We used People Mover Travel Agency to book our first Disney Cruise on the Disney Magic to Bermuda during Halloween. Our travel agent Bailee was lovely and always prompt responding to our emails and requests. I had originally contacted Bailee when I was looking into the Galactic Starcruiser, but decided to do the cruise instead and we're glad we did! We will certainly use them again and will recommend them if anyone needs help planning a Disney trip!
