Bailee was super helpful as we planned our Disneyland trip! I visit Walt Disney World pretty frequently (and a former DCP alumni), but this was only my second time at Disneyland. It was also my first visit to a Disney park since Genie+ and lightening lanes have been implemented. Bailee was able to help explain the genie+ and individual lightening lane rules to help us get the most out of it! She also assisted in confirming Oogie Boogie Bash tickets and multiple reservations (Blue Bayou, Carnation Cafe, Trader Sam's, and Carthay Circle) that I know I would have never been able to do by myself! She was so responsive (sometimes within minutes!) and always happy to go the extra mile. This is my first time using a travel agent for my Disney trips and I will never go back! Amazing!
