My family and I recently got back from a weeklong trip to Universal Studios and Walt Disney World and had a magical time thanks to Jordan! I have been to Disney World more times than I can count, but this was my first trip to Universal and needed to call in the experts. She was so knowledgeable and so congenial! It was the perfect balance of friendly and professional. She always responded in a timely manner and also reached out to me to check on the planning process. We hit a snag with Genie plus while in Disney World and she got back to me right away and we got our issue resolved. I have recommended People Mover Travel to everyone I can! I don't think I'll be attempting to plan a vacation without People Mover or Jordan in the future! Lovely person and wonderful company!!
