Kayla was wonderful to work with. She gave my husband and I options and suggestions for our trip but we never felt any pressure. If we had questions she always replied very quickly! It was nice not to have to worry about any of the planning. She made sure we had all the paperwork and information we needed. We will be planning another trip with our entire family to visit Disney next year and will definitely be getting in touch with Kayla. She booked our trip in 2023 and we will keep on going back to her for all of her great help!!!

We recently booked our son’s special 4th birthday trip to Walt Disney World with the help of Erika, and it was an absolute game changer! While we’ve visited Disney plenty of times before, this was our first experience using a travel agent, and we’re so glad we did. Erika took care of all the details especially with securing dining reservations. We love that we were able to just show up and enjoy the magic!

Haleigh was absolutely wonderful. Knowledge 10/10. Helpfulness 10/10. Availability 10/10. She was simply the best! We had a perfect, magical time and her helping us plan was a huge part of it.

Arlina was so helpful in the planning of our Disney vacation! She was always prompt with her replies and gave us all the information we asked for plus more! Because of Arlina, our trip went off without a hitch. We would absolutely recommend Arlina assist us with all of our Disney travel plans in the future!

I can not praise Kayla enough she has been amazing both on the run up to our holiday plus checking in on us to make sure we got there etc (coming from the UK).
She has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Her communication has been amazing, fast, friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions no matter how often I asked or how silly they may have been. When it came to booking our magical extras she worked with me to maximise our time there and got us exactly what we needed.
The best review I can give is to quote my 7year old "she's the lady who knows everything about Disney" and it is true. She made our trip that extra bit magical and helped a mum plan an amazing trip and kept her from getting too stressed.

I loved working with Cheyenne! I emailed originally telling her what kind of vacation I was looking to take my family on and she gave me sever options and I ended up deciding to go on a cruise. She was very helpful with the whole planning process and was very available for any questions I had.

Some people are lucky to love what they do and are simply INCREDIBLE at their job. Jordan Lesmeister is one of those people. Jordan worked with my wife and me through every piece of planning for an incredible Disney trip and the scheduling of a cruise next year. She seemed to be ALWAYS available for a question, she was ALWAYS able to provide an answer with every detail covered, and she is to credit for the incredible success of our vacation. I cannot praise her enough to summarize our gratitude for her services. We will be contacting her for our travel needs for MANY years to come.

This was our second Disney trip that Kayla had planned out for us and she (once again) went above and beyond! From the very beginning, she was very organized with our booking dates (lightning lanes, dining, etc.) as well as our trip priorities, and she made sure all goals were met. This trip was full of firsts for us and Arlina was so so helpful. It was our first trip to Florida, first time to WDW, first time using a travel agent. 10/10 would do it all again. We had a wonderful time and having her assistance along the way made it so much easier to plan.

She requested an updated room at the Carribean beach for us, which we loved, and answered all of my many questions. Our trip was truly magical thanks to Cheyenne! I can't say enough about how much stress and planning she took off our plate, so that our trip could be enjoyable and easy going. As Florida natives, we grew up going to Disney mostly as day trips. Now that we live in Austin, I knew I needed some help to plan a bigger trip that included staying on property. Cheyenne helped with all of my many questions and snagged some great dining reservations for us. This trip will always hold special memories for us because it was our daughter's first time at WDW! We loved our stay at Wilderness Lodge and the ease of getting to all the parks via bus.
