I am someone who likes to plan the details of my trips but also can get overwhelmed by the nitty gritty details. Kayla was so helpful! She was there if we needed her but wasn’t overbearing, which I really appreciated. She always answered my emails way quicker than I expected her to and always had relevant information to share. I threw some very scenario specific questions at her and she always had an answer/helpful information. Other than being great at her job she was so pleasant to talk with. There is just a joy about her. When we book our next trip, we will definitely be working with her again.

Jordan made the trip extremely easy for us we had such a wonderful time! Normally planning out trips can be stressful the whole time up until you actually leave but Jordan made it stress free and the communication was top notch and very quick. Alyssa was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was so informative and answered all of my questions in a timely, professional, and personable manner. Her insight and expertise were so helpful when planning our first big trip with two very small children. She made excellent recommendations on dining reservations and experiences for our littles, which ended up with us making memories that will last a lifetime. We were also originally planning to stay off property, and Alyssa helped us find a deal to stay on property that was not only less expensive, but much more magical! Finally, her help with booking everything (transportation to and from the airport, Lightning Lanes, dining reservations, etc.), her provision of sample itineraries to make the most out of our park days, and her availability throughout the day while we were in Disney to answer any questions we had, made our trip run so smoothly. We had the best experience— this was our first cruise and it was a trip with extended family, but Rachel made it easy to plan with a group! Cococay was our favorite party and the Bali bed was perfect for our little one.

Thanks to Cheyenne we had the most magical race weekend! So grateful she booked everything for us. We loved the theming of All Star Music Resort and that we could visit Sports and Movies on either side of us. On our trip we enjoyed a resort day, park day, and race day. As a post-marathon celebration we went to Sangria University which was a lot of fun! We got 4 Sangria's to taste and then the cast members helped us make our own. They taught us some history of Sangria and did it in a way that was fun! Definitely a trip to remember!

I signed up for the Run Disney marathon, and Haleigh helped me and my family plan for our big Walt Disney World vacation. She got us into a Disney Hotel that was convenient for the Disney races and gondola rides to two of the Disney parks. Haleigh also recommended the memory maker which was so such a great recommendation. We got all of the race photos, character meet and greets, and attraction photos.

We had a fantastic trip, and working with Arlina made everything so easy! I’m especially thankful for her help with this trip since I could leave things like getting our dining reservations in her capable hands (I was in Australia on vacation at the time and the time conversion would have been something else, haha). We look forward to working with Arlina on future trips!
