ithout Cheyenne, I’m not sure our Christmas Disney trip would’ve been possible. She helped with every step of the way and was always available when I reached out with questions. Our family will be using the travel agency again for more of our trips. Cheyenne was a rockstar agent!

We just got back from our second WDW trip that Kayla booked for us and it was truly AMAZING! I have never used a travel agent before going to Disney and it is well worth it. Kayla took the stress out of everything, and her customer service and response times are exceptional. We will continue to use her to book all of our Disney vacations!

I have to start by saying this trip was our honeymoon, so we couldn’t leave it up to just anyone to help plan it. With that in mind, we’ve been long-time subscribers to Tyler’s and Jessica’s YouTube channel. We follow their journeys to WDW and beyond. My family travels to WDW frequently, and we love seeing their perspective on some of the same locations we’ve visited. We knew Tyler ran a travel agency, and we were confident we’d be well taken care of. After all, if Tyler trusts his agents enough to hire them, that was good enough for us.

About a year before we wanted to travel, we reached out to get an agent assigned to us. We were somewhat lost when it came to international travel, but we knew we wanted to visit Paris. We were assigned Rachel Ruppert to plan our journey. From the very beginning, Rachel took the time to inform us of all our options and even provided mock itineraries that we could use as inspiration for our special trip. She also let us know that we could make payments through People Mover Travel for all the activities, which made everything so much more affordable and stress-free.
After discussing our “must-haves” for the trip—Eiffel Tower, The Louvre, Versailles Palace, and of course Disneyland Paris—we had 8 days in total (including travel) to fit it all in. We also knew we wanted to stay at a Disney resort for the days we’d be at Disneyland Paris.

Let me just say, Rachel selected the absolute best hotel location. She recommended a hotel just a 3-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and a stone’s throw from the Metro. We had plenty of dining options nearby, and thanks to the metro, we could get anywhere in the city within 30 minutes. The hotel itself was very nice and apparently a rare find. Since this was our first time traveling internationally, it was important to us to have a queen-sized bed, at a minimum, as I’m 6’5” and don’t fit comfortably on smaller beds. Not only was our hotel in a prime location, but it was one of the few that had king-sized beds. Rachel definitely picked a winner!

On our first free day, we decided to explore Montmartre, a beautiful part of the city. We walked 30,000 steps that day, immediately after a 9-hour flight. It felt like we were in a dream. All the stories and videos we’d seen couldn’t have prepared us for how magical it actually was. From day one, it was the perfect honeymoon in the city.

All the tours Rachel planned for us and the days at the parks were spot-on. I still can’t believe how much we did in Paris without feeling rushed. We managed to see everything we wanted, yet still had time to relax and take in the city.

Overall, the trip was perfectly planned, incredibly affordable, and an absolute pleasure to experience. Even though we were 7 hours ahead of CST, Rachel was always quick to respond whenever we had an issue (like missing a QR code), and she was a joy to communicate with throughout the process.

Kayla was so helpful and amazing with planning our first-ever cruise on the Disney Magic. We had the most magical time and Kayla made it so easy for us that we also booked a WDW package with her for May 2025. She was at the ready whenever we had questions and answered fast.

Jordan was an exceptional agent to work with for our first trip to Universal Orlando! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the parks and surrounding areas, and helped recommend the perfect accommodations and tickets for our family. She answered all our questions, and was quick to reply to any email I sent. We had the absolute best trip and we are so thankful for all she did to help us. This is our second time using people mover travel agency and we won’t book a Disney trip without using them.

Kayla was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable with helping plan out the perfect Disney vacation. She was with us every step of the way. No matter what questions I asked (and there were many) Kayla didn’t hesitate to answer and went above and beyond to put us at ease and making our trip magical. It was all that and much more!! Cheyenne was wonderful to work with and she made our trip so easy and special. This was our son’s first trip and it couldn’t have been any more magical. We are so thankful to Cheyenne.

We have booked so many trips with Erika and she always makes it so easy! I never have any stress going into our trips. Recently, we went in October and went to the Not So Scary Party. She was wonderful and was able to book us on Halloween night which made our entire trip! On the same trip, our flight getting there was delayed and she made sure everything was adjusted and ready for when we got there! I was stressed and she calmed my mind. She is wonderful! 10/10!

We had an amazing trip and could not have asked for better help in Arlina! We've had to change plans so many times and she fixed this for us effortlessly. I've never worked with a travel agency before, but it's something I would do every single time from here on out. Arlina was so helpful and answered every question and made herself available if we needed her, but we didn't as it was such a well planned trip and that's all thanks to her wonderful service!

Arlina was AMAZING to work with for planning our honeymoon! I had originally booked the cruise and was so overwhelmed with wedding planning that I reached out to People Mover for help. Arlina contacted Disney and took over seamlessly! I just had to tell her what I wanted and it was done perfectly with no additional stress on me! Rachel was such a blessing. She planned our 15 day trip to Scotland, Ireland, and England with flights, tours, car rental, and hotel stays. She literally took the stress out of planning this vacation. We had some issues with our flights that were all out of her control but she helped us get everything settled.
