Hi, I contacted the agency to get some quotes and ended up working with Cheyenne from there on. Boy she made it easy!!! She was beyond patient with me, responded to all my questions (general ones and specific ones). Cheyenne responded timely and nicely to every single request, change or doubt. This was the first time booking my Husband and I’s first Disney vacation with People Mover Travel. I had the wonderful Cheyenne as our travel agent and I have nothing but positive things to say! Words can't describe how thankful and grateful I am to have had Cheyenne as our travel agent!!! This is my second review for this one planned visit and I just had to add more on my experience. Our flight got cancelled the day of going to Disney and it was stressful trying to figure out how will we change our plans, especially since everything was paid for already and set. Cheyenne handled the process of moving our hotel reservation and park tickets to the following day and that itself was so helpful! This just assured me to recommend anyone to Cheyenne/People Mover Travel for any Disney trip as well as for myself for the future! We used People Mover Travel for our recent belated honeymoon to Bali. I wasn't sure. if they could assist with our trip as it wasn't a Disney trip but they could! Jason was so accommodating with me. We started planning early and went back and forth what seemed like a million times. Not once did Jason ever get tired of my questions. He was always so nice and eager to assist. Even during our trip Jason was available to us during some slight hiccups even though it was the weekend. He went above and beyond to make our trip incredible and it was! We had such a great time celebrating my son’s 5 th birthday and our 11th wedding anniversary at the happiest place on Earth. I hadn’t been in years and was nervous about the whole trip. No matter how big or small my question was Rachel did a great job with answering all my questions and sending me information throughout the weeks leading up to the trip. She responded quickly every single time. With her help, we made all the reservations we wanted and she made sure to book them as soon as reservation windows opened up. We had a smooth trip using all the tips she provided. We will definitely use Rachel again for any future trips/cruises.

Erika is an absolute gem to work with! We have now booked several trips with her for Disney World and Disneyland. This past trip, our flight got cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. She worked her magic and was able to adjust our hotel to an extended day and also moved every single one of our reservations around!
