She answered all our questions, and was quick to reply to any email I sent. We had the absolute best trip and we are so thankful for all she did to help us. We loved our first ever cruise being the Disney Merry time Cruise on the Wish! It was magical to say the least. We were extra spoiled with the concierge experience and already booked our next cruise. Working with Cheyenne is always amazing. Her communication is top notch and she responds back promptly to any questions we have. With it being our first cruise, I was nervous, but she helped take care of all the small details and eased my concerns. Would definitely recommend working with her and it’s so crazy the service is free!

For my 40th birthday I wanted to eat and drink around the work at Epcot. I was not able to find any open rooms on the website for the dates I needed so I contacted People Mover and worked with Cheyenne. She was quick to respond and immediately gave me several room options to choose from in my price range. We ultimately chose to stay at Pop Century (which was cheaper than what I was quoted for the Holiday Inn!). The room was updated and clean and the styling was classic Disney! I had never ridden the Skyliner before and it was a highlight of the trip for me! We have already decided when we go back with our kids we will book with People Mover and stay at Pop again!
