We had a fantastic experience working with People Mover Travel. When we started the process of planning our vacation, we didn't have a specific destination in mind. Alyssa recommended Chicago and we had a wonderful time! She helped us book our hotel which was in a great location, made a personalized daily itinerary with food recommendations, and made sure we were able to maximize our time in order to do plenty of site seeing. Kayla is an absolute joy to work with. She is the second travel agent we have ever used, and my wife and I will continue to work with her. Even in this day and age where everything can be Googled, it’s nice to have another person in your corner to make those phone calls to Disney that keep you on hold. She is very responsive and quick to give you the information you need. We had a multipoint trip which included Disney World with a focus at Disney Springs, a cruise on the Fantasy, and a last stop at Cocoa Beach to spend a few days at the Kennedy Space Visitor Center. She helped us plan from start to finish and even got us a new hotel room at a different hotel within 10 minutes after we discovered a leaking ceiling light situation. Kayla made our trip a magical experience.

Stephanie was extremely helpful in planning our first cruise! She helped us decide which cruise line would suit our needs best based on a variety of factors, and answered all of my many questions along the way. She also sent updates and reminders as necessary, and maintained a positive, enthusiastic rapport with us. She was very knowledgeable and responsive, and we will definitely be using her for our future travels.

After working with a few different travel agents elsewhere, I decided to try People Mover Travel and have been blown away. Martha texted me directly and was sending me quotes within 20 minutes. She was so patient, understanding and incredibly kind during the booking process and made it so so so easy for me. Communication has been 100/10 with her, which is the key to a great trip in my opinion. I cannot recommend Martha enough. I will never use another agency to plan a trip with again.

Seeing at this with my first Disney trip I definitely was anxious when it came to planning, but Alyssa put all of my fears to rest.
