Stephanie from People Mover travel was such a gem when she came to planning our Disney World Vacation. We are Disneyland people and know that park pretty well but when it comes to Disney World that's a whole new world! We stayed at Coronado Springs and it was such a great resort it was super quiet which was very important to these two Disney Adults with no children. I asked Stephanie the most important question when it comes to any trip but especially to a Disney trip which is where is the best coffee? She gave me 3 recommendations which I knew she was the perfect agent for me when she gave me 3 and not just 1 fellow coffee addict here!! But her number 1 recommendation was Gideon's and she was spot on! Best Coffee on Disney property! All in All this was the best Disney World trip my husband and I have taken! Planning and preparing for your family’s first cruise is incredibly stressful, but working with Erika was like a breath of fresh air. Stephanie has been absolutely wonderful in planning this vacation! Despite all our changes we wanted Stephanie was great to work with us and made every change! We went to Disney World before, then cruised on the Disney Wish, and went back to Disney World after the cruise. Stephanie was great to help us with our stays. As a former cast member and frequent Disney traveler, I never thought booking through a travel agent mattered, but I was wrong! Working with Kayla and People Mover Travel has been a dream! When I had an issue with my reservation, Kayla immediately jumped on the phone with Disney and sorted everything out for us. She always responds to my emails extremely quickly, and we are already working with Kayla for our next Disney trip in 2024 and plan to use her for many trips to come!

Just got back from my very first Disney World trip with my husband and Bailee made the trip go off without a flaw!! As first timers there is a large learning curve to WDW and Bailee helped make that curve easier! She was very easy to get ahold of and super fast to respond to questions or needs.

When we first started thinking about going to Disney I tried to price it out myself, when I finally reached out to People Mover Travel Bailee was able to get me a better deal than what I was looking at myself and was able to even get us upgraded park hopper tickets for cheaper than the single park tickets I was looking at. She was able to take the stress out of planning knowing that I had someone to help guide me through the planning. She gave great recommendations and I will be using her again in the future!

Jordan has helped my family with two Disney World vacations and one Universal vacation. We are a bit unique in that my partner is wheelchair bound so accessibility and ease of commuting is key! Jordan has really helped us with every step of the way and we communicate to her if there is anything that is a problem that way we can grow with her an understanding to anything we wish to improve like the best resorts for us to stay at and restaurants that fit our tastes.
She contacted us on one of her busy travel days to help us with something. It was amazing to know she was there for us and we greatly appreciated it!

My group of 6 used People Mover Travel Agency to plan our trip to Disney to celebrate my 30th birthday and Jason was AMAZING! He found us a great deal on a deluxe resort and got us all of our desired restaurant reservations. He was super responsive and checked in with us during our trip to make sure everyone was going well. I will definitely be using People Mover when I’m ready to book my next Disney trip!

My experience with Stephanie was amazing! She helped me and my friend plan my birthday trip. We went on a 5 night pacific coast cruise with Royal Caribbean! We had been to a lot of the ports on this cruise already so Stephanie helped us with the best things to do given that! Her excursion suggestions were top notch. And the thing I appreciated was her suggestions on where we could splurge or save she never left any option unturned. I appreciated her honesty and willingness to go the extra mile to get us the best deal with the most options. Can't recommend her enough!
