Martha has been stellar. My husband and I are both teachers and we have a 3 year old and an almost 2 year old. Planning a trip has always been fun for us, but since having kids we need someone we can count on to make payments, reserve dining, and answer questions quickly. Martha has been available, kind, efficient, and has gifted us with some Disney magic before our trip has even started. We have used other agencies and haven’t had a wonderful experience so it has been refreshing to work with Martha. She understands everything that we want and need and has all the warmth and kindness of a Disney Princess. We will absolutely book with her and PMT time and time again.

This is the second time booking with Cheyenne and lets just say she is the only one I want to continue booking my trips with . beyond satisfied. She was accommodating and understanding every time I needed to change trips and any questions i had she was fast at responding. I work best by emailing. So she was great by sending the information that i needed and assuring everything was booked and affordable. honestly booking with a Disney planner is way more pleasing than having to wing it. she also explained the whole apps and being attentive to any of the needs . I had never used a travel agent before, but as a long time follower of Tyler and Jessica on YouTube and a lover of vacations but hater of planning, I knew I had to give People Mover Travel a go. Martha was so kind and knowledgeable while trying to plan our first trip to Disneyland. It was supposed to be a surprise birthday vacation for our soon-to-be 5 year old daughter. We saved for a while for this vacation. Martha was on point and she kept in touch via email and texts. She was available night and day! Unfortunately we won’t be able to make it to Disneyland this year due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will for sure reach out to Martha in the future!!

Haleigh has now helped me book nearly a dozen trips for me and my family and extended family. She has always been able to find the best deal and has a vast amount of knowledge about all Disney World resorts and parks, and other resorts throughout the country to help me pick the best and most suited locations to stay. She has been prompt at returning my phone calls, texts, and emails, and never gets frustrated with me when I ask for multiple different options for different types of stays for the same period of time so I can have tons of options to choose from. For a one-week vacation in February, we looked at cruises, a stay at Walt Disney World, a trip to Disneyland, as well as a trip to the Rockies in Colorado and she found great deals for all of them, and I had tons of options. I’d like to consider myself well-versed at finding good deals online, however she always finds better deals, From trips to Walt Disney World, winter trips to the Rocky Mountains, an upcoming Disneyland trip and an upcoming Disney Wish cruise trip, she has been able to provide me with excellent service throughout a variety of travel factors. I even called her in a panic once to help arrange transportation while I was caught in a rain storm at Disney World and she too the call immediately and let me know of my options regarding the Disney bus line service as well as the MinnieVan Lyft taxi service, since the Skyliner was shut down due to lightning. Under no circumstances will I utilize another travel agent. She is great!

This was our first trip to Paris and Bailee flawlessly guided us and provided her insight every step of the way from recommending where to stay in Paris, to the activities we booked, the areas to explore in Paris and assuring that we were all set upon our return home. Not only did she assure us before departing, but even helped us while in Paris when we were having issues getting information for our return flight. I emailed Bailee and she took care of everything for us so we could continue to enjoy our vacation. We really look forward to working with Bailee again and we cannot wait to book our next trip!
