Arlina was amazing in helping us plan our first Disney World trip! She guided us every step of the way and was so attentive and patient with all of my questions. She always responded within a few hours. Arlina even checked in on us while we were on the trip as well as when we arrived home. I can’t say enough about the experience we had with People Mover Travel and Arlina. We will always be using this company for our travels!!

I haven’t been to Disney World in about 15 years prior to this trip. Now having two young kids it was time to go back, and let’s just say Disney World changed a lot since I’ve last been there, I didn’t even know where to begin on planning the trip. All I did know was I wanted it to be something my children would never forget. On top of not knowing where to start I was also planning this trip in less than 60 days
Thankfully I found Martha to help plan our trip. She literally knows everything you need to know about Disney World, she was so update with all the new procedures that it made our lives ten times easier. Like I said I was planning this trip with less then 60 days so many Disney attractions such as dinner reservations were already filled up, Martha insured me not to worry she stayed on top of it everyday and was even able to get us a last minute character breakfast reservation which my kids loved. The best part was Martha was down in Disney often while I was planning this trip so she was literally able to keep up to date on the latest information because she was actually there. In the end we had a great trip , we had a great experience working with Martha and we highly highly recommend her work.

Martha planned a very last minute trip for us to St. Augustine, Florida. Even with the trip being so last minute, Martha treated us like total VIPs! Wow! Martha worked her magic for my birthday trip to Portugal. As a surprise, she contacted our hotel and let them know we were celebrating a milestone birthday. When we checked in, we received a HUGE upgraded suite, with a large outdoor space that had an amazing view of the Douro River and peacocks right outside our door! There was also a bottle of champagne with chocolates, fruit and a handwritten note wishing me a happy birthday from the hotel! It was so unexpected and thoughtful! I have used other travel agencies in the past but will be exclusively using Martha for all of my travel planning needs from here on out! Can’t recommend her enough!

This was my husband's and my first experience working with a travel agent and once we returned from our trip we vowed never to go back to traveling without one. Rachel was such a fabulous agent to work with and she curated the most amazing first anniversary trip/delayed honeymoon to Rome. We had a fabulous hotel, amazing dinner recommendations, and the BEST tours/excursions around historical sites. Perhaps one of the most helpful services Rachel provided was the extensive background information and cultural tips to keep in mind in prep for being abroad! We are so thankful to have had a stress free trip from start to finish.

We had a wonderful time at Universal Studios and really enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Falls. Kayla was great! I started to set up my own trip but was totally lost. My daughter & I watch Tyler Brauns Youtube channel with his wife. My daughter suggested their travel agency. So I did & there I met Kayla Robinson. She was super knowledgeable of all Disney. I felt bad several times for changing dates, hotels, & how many we’re traveling with us. Kayla has been awesome from the beginning to the end of the process of booking our trip. When we have had questions she answered them for us and was there for us for everything that we needed. When it came time to book our Enchanted Extras she was a superstar. She hooked us up with all of our dining reservations that we wanted and was able to fit them within our park reservation plan. She even went as far to reach out to us with her work cell number that we could text her if we had any questions while we were on our vacation. My wife and I have not done a Disney Cruise and we are already talking about when we want to go and when it's time to start planning we are definitely reaching out to Kayla to help us. Neither of us have been on a cruise and we are already racking up the questions and I'm sure she'll knock it out of the park again.

We are so grateful to have had Martha as our travel agent! This was my first time planning a Disney vacation, and it was my 8 year old sons first Disney experience, so it had to be perfectly planned. I couldn’t have done it without Martha. She was so patient with us from the beginning steps, while planning, and even after we arrived. She provided tons of info about where to eat, what shows to see, and what rides were a must. She even got up at 5am to ensure we got a reservation at the restaurant we wanted!
