Thank you Rachel! I recently went on my first trip to Disney World with my sister. Rachel was so fantastic at talking me through our options, gave great advice and really listened to me. She was so patient and overall really helped me feel safe and secure in our decisions (and also in changing our minds)! We loved Disney World so much we finished our trip in Disneyland which Rachel helped us to organise quite last minute and we again had an amazing time. We had a fantastic time!! The first three days were ours to explore the parks as we wanted. The second three days we enjoyed the parks with Our kids and grandson. Nothing like taking your first grandchild to Disney World!!

I loved working with Bailee! From the very beginning she was so quick to respond, informative and helpful. It was so nice to be able to tell her what our family wanted from a hotel and be given a couple of options , instead of spending hours researching hotels that check all the boxes in a place I’m not familiar with. We stayed at 2 great hotels! She made all of our reservations and gave great tips on what to do. She also kept track of the dates really well, so when it came time to make the reservations she would contact me and I was able to get it done right away. There was so much I didn’t have to worry about!

I have had such a good experience working with Rachel and People Mover Travel!! They helped as book a pretty last minute trip, took all the hassle out of finding the right resort for us, and Rachel helped a ton when there was miscommunication with the transportation company. I fully plan on utilizing their help again and again and I've already told several friends about PMT!

Rachel was great! She was on top of everything: gave me tips, recommendations, handled our dining reservations and airport transfers, on top of our hotel accomodations and park tickets. Stephanie was amazing booked our Disney tickets a very overwhelming thing to do on our own. She also responded to my emails very quickly even got back to me with help to fix my Disney app hiccup while we were already on vacation. She was very friendly and already plan to use her services in the future!

Bailee was AMAZING!!!! I am so happy she suggested a skyliner hotel. She was always very responsive with any question I had big or small. She also emailed me to remind about dining reservations. I am so happy she did we got to eat Be Our Guest and Space 220.

Since I’ve been to Disneyland many times before I didn’t think I needed a travel agent. We decided to try it out for fun and I am so happy we did!
