Big thank you to Arlina for helping us with our recent Disney World trip! I am normally the type to plan out our vacation itinerary all on my own, but all the recent Disney updates had me pretty confused. I’m very happy I reached out to People Mover Travel and was paired with Arlina. She was super helpful, attentive, and always answered all of my questions. Kayla was so great to work with when booking passes to Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando, FL this winter - you made the process so seamless and stress-free, THANK YOU! My husband and I spent a day at Disney World --Kayla helped us find a restaurant to have dinner and explained the details we needed to know about the Disney app so we could make the most of the day we had there! We then spent a day at Universal Studios with my husbands family, really easy to check in and get into the park! I've always wanted to go to Disney as a kid but I didn't make it until now, as an adult, so thank you Kayla for helping to make my childhood Disney dreams come true! Alyssa planned my amazing 5 night 6 day trip with my granddaughter to Disneyworld. As a Disney veteran I expect the best in my hotel and dining experiences. Alyssa delivered on all accounts. She found several hard to find character dinners for us which were amazing! She and her company were available to me if any problems arose! Can’t wait to plan my next trip with her!

Cheyenne was a great help with our trip to Disneyland Resort. She helped with all hotel reservations and park tickets for eight adults and two kids. Any questions I had were always promptly answered and Cheyenne was always happy to offer her suggestions for our trip.

As my six year old great-nephew said, “That was the best 5 days of my life!” Thanks to Cheyenne for making our family trip so memorable!

Rachel really went above and beyond for us with her expertise and services! She gave us so many amazing tips and tricks that were a complete gamechanger for our trip! Her communication style is friendly and very personalized. As a supervisor/trainer of a large customer service department, I have to say this is the hallmark for the type of service that should be delivered. Her service added another layer to planning trips that I never knew I was missing out on! Not to mention it was all free! I contacted People Movers at the last minute to plan a trip to Walt Disney World. Cheyenne was so helpful and resourceful in planning and executing my trip. When my wife and I first started considering going to Disney World, I immediately felt overwhelmed by the idea of planning the whole thing. I know from others experiences that there is so much that goes into planning a trip for Disney theme parks and there was a million ways to do it right and a million ways to do it wrong. However, after telling Kayla at People Mover Travel Agency what we generally wanted one late night, we were shocked to see she gave us 3 amazing options literally over night. I think I woke up to her email! She managed to get everything in that we wanted plus a whole bunch more that I didn't even know I wanted. Furthermore, we also were planning much later than we should have as our vacation dates were approaching quickly, and Kayla still managed to create options that fit our budget as if time was no problem at all for her.

All of this to say, she took all the concerns, worries and stress out of planning our Disney trip and it was better than I could have imagined. Everything she could take care of for us, she did. For all the other things that were up to us to take care of, she shared tips and how to's and explanations... I felt like we had a little Disney concierge in our back pocket.

She checked in on us frequently both before, during and after our trip and was so responsive to our questions. We shared pictures with her in the same way we shared them with our parents and close friends. Her enthusiasm and care to make our experience amazing was so top notch that I couldn't believe she wouldn't be hugging Micky and enjoying the food and rides right along with us.
