Having a great travel agent matters! Take it from me who started my Disney vacation with another agency that was unresponsive and dropped the ball left and right. Fortunately Stephanie SAVED the day!! She was always kind and quick to respond to all our needs. She had a mess to clean up from the previous agency but she was always reassuring and got us through it! We just got back from our trip and it was amazing!!! We worked with Kayla and it was absolutely fantastic! We had no stress whatsoever when it came to booking a resort and reserving seats at popular restaurants. Kayla made the amazing suggestion of checking out the Disney’s Memory Maker and Mickey’s Christmas Party. Now we have hundreds of photos (not selfies) that captured our amazing week in Disney World. The Mickey’s Christmas Party was spectacular and was a perfect way to kickoff the holiday season! 10/10!
