Arlina was amazing! I really appreciate the patience she had with my situation. My getaway weekend was supposed to be in May buy we had a family situation. She gave me all of my options including change my hotel booking to another date so I wouldn't loose money. Actually we save money. We had a bast, she was always in contact in case I need something. Hotel she recommended was beautiful. everything was perfect thanks to her. Im pretty bad planning vacations and she did it for me.

Arlina is an amazing travel agent! She stayed within our budget, reserved hard to get reservations (Royal Table, Oga’s Cantina,Tuskers) and she was very responsive to our emails. I love that she gave us so many options for a family of 6 working with a tight budget. This was our first time going to WDW, so she fielded a plethora of questions about hotels, parks, transportation, Genie +, Lighting Lanes, rides, and restaurants. Also, a Disney + promotion came out after we had already booked and Arlina immediately reached out and made all necessary arrangements so we could benefit from the promo. Thanks to Arlina we left for the trip feeling very well informed and it was an excellent trip!

OMG WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN?! I CANNOT express enough words for how AMAZED i am with this travel agency and even more, my amazing travel agent Arlina! I found this agency via Jessica Braun on YouTube and had such an amazing experience with them! They help you get the best prices, get dining reservations, answer any questions, they even send you a little gift before departing and it’s the sweetest thing ever. I appreciate Arlina so very much because she was super patient and sweet to us while booking our vacation, during our vacation, and even afterwards!! I will keep booking with her for as long as i can! She even made herself extra available during our stay in case we needed anything. Again, cannot say enough good things for the valuable experience we had! Thank you Arlina and thank you Tyler for successfully starting and amazing travel agency and keeping the magic going!!

After not having been to Disney in 20+ years, my wife and I were overwhelmed at the thought of planning a vacation with our two boys and my in-laws. Having just gotten back last week, I am so happy to tell you that it was better than we could have imagined. Jordan was our travel agent and helped us with every possible detail. She helped us choose a great resort, got all of our dinner reservations (even tracked the one that we couldn’t immediately secure and booked it for us). When our departure flight was canceled she helped us get the night we were missing at the resort refunded and rearrange our park reservations. She always answered all of our questions (there were many) promptly and professionally. We highly recommend her for a Disney vacation and will definitely book our next Disney adventure with her. A simple Disney YouTube search, led me to a family documenting their Disney Vacation. Came to realize, the family owned a Travel Agency that caters to Disney and beyond, with a great staff. From the beginning, my travel agent Arlina Giles( People Mover Travel) has been above and beyond…every step of the way. My daughter and I now have great memories to build on. Highly recommend People Mover Travel and agent Arlina Giles. Again, thank you for the memories my family and I created during our trip!

We worked with Bailee for our trip to Paris and Rome. She was absolutely top notch. She was fast, extremely responsive, worked under time constraints and planned an amazing itinerary for us. Our trip to Europe was fantastic and so memorable thanks to Bailee!

Tyler has been our travel agent for Walt Disney World vacations since 2016 and we’ve always loved working with him. My husband and I reached out for his help when planning our honeymoon since we always had such a great experience with him before and he did not disappoint. We were desperate for help because we had been dealing with a very shady and unreliable agent through a different company and Tyler was able to come to the rescue by putting together the perfect itinerary for our trip. We had never been out of the country before so we had ENDLESS questions that Tyler patiently answered thoroughly and professionally every time. Our trip was planned for the Greek Islands and even though he hadn’t been to Greece before or planned a trip there, he didn’t let that stop him from gathering so much helpful information, booking unforgettable experiences for us, and using resources from expert travel partners to give us the best Greece honeymoon experience ever! You would’ve never known this was the first time he’d booked this destination because he made it his mission to become any expert and pass on his knowledge to us. Even the other People Mover Travel agent we worked with was great as she stepped in to help when Tyler was out of the office on paternity leave. Jordan was so knowledgeable and helpful in filling in for Tyler just before our trip. She helped coordinate those stressful last minute panic details with ease! We enjoyed history in Athens, amazing food and hotel accommodations in Mykonos, and incredible views and beaches in Santorini all thanks to People Mover Travel. We are forever grateful 💕 We will be clients for life!

Disneyland

I've planned several trips with People Mover Travel and I can't recommend Tyler and his bunch enough! Our latest was to Disneyland and it was my son's first experience with the Disney parks. Tyler leaves no stone unturned which is ideal because Disney vacations can be quite complicated. Do yourself a favor and use this company. They know their stuff and they care about their customers.
