Arlina was amazing! I really appreciate the patience she had with my situation. My getaway weekend was supposed to be in May buy we had a family situation. She gave me all of my options including change my hotel booking to another date so I wouldn't loose money. Actually we save money. We had a bast, she was always in contact in case I need something. Hotel she recommended was beautiful. everything was perfect thanks to her. Im pretty bad planning vacations and she did it for me.

Arlina is an amazing travel agent! She stayed within our budget, reserved hard to get reservations (Royal Table, Oga’s Cantina,Tuskers) and she was very responsive to our emails. I love that she gave us so many options for a family of 6 working with a tight budget. This was our first time going to WDW, so she fielded a plethora of questions about hotels, parks, transportation, Genie +, Lighting Lanes, rides, and restaurants. Also, a Disney + promotion came out after we had already booked and Arlina immediately reached out and made all necessary arrangements so we could benefit from the promo. Thanks to Arlina we left for the trip feeling very well informed and it was an excellent trip!

I found this agency via Jessica Braun on YouTube and had such an amazing experience with them! They help you get the best prices, get dining reservations, answer any questions, they even send you a little gift before departing and it’s the sweetest thing ever. After not having been to Disney in 20+ years, my wife and I were overwhelmed at the thought of planning a vacation with our two boys and my in-laws. Having just gotten back last week, I am so happy to tell you that it was better than we could have imagined. Jordan was our travel agent and helped us with every possible detail. She helped us choose a great resort, got all of our dinner reservations (even tracked the one that we couldn’t immediately secure and booked it for us). When our departure flight was canceled she helped us get the night we were missing at the resort refunded and rearrange our park reservations. A simple Disney YouTube search, led me to a family documenting their Disney Vacation. Came to realize, the family owned a Travel Agency that caters to Disney and beyond, with a great staff. Tyler has been our travel agent for Walt Disney World vacations since 2016 and we’ve always loved working with him. I've planned several trips with People Mover Travel and I can't recommend Tyler and his bunch enough! Our latest was to Disneyland and it was my son's first experience with the Disney parks. My husband and I just got back from the most incredible trip to Europe and it never would have happened without Tyler. Booking a Disney vacation is NOT for the faint of heart! Sure you can book your own trip by going on the website, but with all of the changes, plus trying to link hotel rooms to tickets with people in different rooms, I needed an EXPERT!

Bailee was amazing from day one! Our last-minute decision to go meant we needed to get everything squared away quickly. Not only did Bailee answer every single one of our questions but she helped us book our rooms and tickets PLUS she was able to make changes and add on extra days and people to our trip. When we had issues with My Disney Experience, she was able to help my parents navigate the technology to get it fixed. She went above and beyond at every turn to make sure we had the Best Vacation Ever!

Gone are the days of simply purchasing tickets and a room. Now everything is digital, so if you aren’t tech-savvy then you won’t be able to take advantage of all of Genie Plus and Lightning Lane extras. While it took some getting used to, we were able to ride almost every single ride we wanted to with little to no wait. I feel like we got the most out of our trip. Bailee explained everything with the patience of a saint! Without her help, we wouldn’t have been able to take advantage of everything. I’m definitely no slouch when it comes to understanding technology and I’m very good about reading everything on the website and even I didn’t fully understand how everything worked.

We didn’t pay anything extra for using a travel agent, so I almost feel like we know some dirty little secret about how to make the most out of your Disney Vacation! Disney as a company is great but they are so busy and non-responsive when it comes to the little details. You can’t count on Disney being able to answer or help you with anything. Unless you like being on hold for hours! I mean, the Disney “on hold” music is great but that’s about it!

Use a Travel Agent, and I highly recommend Bailee and People Mover Travel Agency! This was our Once in a Lifetime Trip and it was amazing!
