My husband and I just got back from the most incredible trip to Europe and it never would have happened without Tyler. Tyler has gone above and beyond from the very beginning booking the trip for us in 2020, cancelling it and chasing after a credit for us during COVID, and then rebooking it this year. He was always been so responsive and treated us as if we were his friends. He offered lots of great advice and suggestions and really made the trip exactly what we wanted it to be. I can’t imagine traveling again without Tyler’s help and feel incredibly grateful that I got to work with him on my trip!

Booking a Disney vacation is NOT for the faint of heart! Sure you can book your own trip by going on the website, but with all of the changes, plus trying to link hotel rooms to tickets with people in different rooms, I needed an EXPERT!

Bailee was amazing from day one! Our last-minute decision to go meant we needed to get everything squared away quickly. Not only did Bailee answer every single one of our questions but she helped us book our rooms and tickets PLUS she was able to make changes and add on extra days and people to our trip. When we had issues with My Disney Experience, she was able to help my parents navigate the technology to get it fixed. She went above and beyond at every turn to make sure we had the Best Vacation Ever!

Gone are the days of simply purchasing tickets and a room. Now everything is digital, so if you aren’t tech-savvy then you won’t be able to take advantage of all of Genie Plus and Lightning Lane extras. While it took some getting used to, we were able to ride almost every single ride we wanted to with little to no wait. I feel like we got the most out of our trip. Bailee explained everything with the patience of a saint! Without her help, we wouldn’t have been able to take advantage of everything. I’m definitely no slouch when it comes to understanding technology and I’m very good about reading everything on the website and even I didn’t fully understand how everything worked.

We didn’t pay anything extra for using a travel agent, so I almost feel like we know some dirty little secret about how to make the most out of your Disney Vacation! Disney as a company is great but they are so busy and non-responsive when it comes to the little details. You can’t count on Disney being able to answer or help you with anything. Unless you like being on hold for hours! I mean, the Disney “on hold” music is great but that’s about it!

Use a Travel Agent, and I highly recommend Bailee and People Mover Travel Agency! This was our Once in a Lifetime Trip and it was amazing!

She was so helpful in answering our many questions throughout the booking process and provided so much great information for our first trip to Disneyworld! I am so grateful for Tyler and his team. We took our first trip ever to Disney World this December and Tyler made our first trip to Disney stress free and we had an amazing time. We just got back from our Disney honeymoon, and Tyler assisted in making this the best trip we have ever been on.

We stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort, and this was one we had never thought to stay at, but I am so glad we did!

This trip was pushed back due to the pandemic, but with Tyler’s help, changing our reservations was an absolute breeze!

The resort definitely lived up to the Disney reputation, and we felt right at home. The amenities were amazing! Literally had hammocks on the sand, and tropical drinks, making it really feel like a beach getaway and Disney vacation all in one!

We were (somehow) able to get reservations at every single restaurant my husband and I wanted to eat at, and it was all thanks to Tyler’s hard work.

We were able to eat at Cinderellas Royal Table, The California Grill, and the brand new Space 220, just to name a few, but I can guarantee you this would not have been possible without People Mover Travel!

Between the constant communication, the friendly reminders, checking in on us the week before we left and the day we came back, People Mover Travel did not disappoint.
