This is the third time we have used People Mover Travel for a Disney themed vacation. Rachel has planned our last two trips. Rachel is amazing. She always replied to our questions in a timely manner. She even answered some questions we had while we were in the parks. Rachel made planning everything so easy. We will for sure have Rachel plan our next Disney themed vacation.

She made all the reservations for parks and lunches and dinners and made it easy for me when I was stressing big time as it is all a lot of work. She was always available when I needed her. I cannot stress enough what a joy it has been working with Rachel and once we recoup from breaking the bank at Disney, haha, I plan to use this company and hopefully Rachel again. I wanted to bundle a work trip in Orlando with a few days of magic at Disney World, but I was worried about trying to plan everything on my own and allowing my mind to slip into “vacation mode” before I was done working.

I’ve never even considered using a travel agency to book a trip. I am a subscriber of owner Tyler Braun’s YouTube channel and his video explaining the benefits of using a travel agency to plan your vacation was so informative, I figured it was worth a shot and I had nothing to lose. The website response time was so quick, less than 24 hours after submission I received a response from Rachel and the planning process began!

Rachel was just amazing! She was so patient with me while I went back and forth trying to find the right place to stay and solidify our plans. She paid attention to the details I entered on the website inquiry (I wanted to stay on a budget and not miss anything) and she wound up finding us a preferred room at a less expensive resort than I originally pre-planned in my head. She secured our tickets to the Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party, offered me golden nuggets on how to maximize the time in the parks, and even booked our airport transportation to and from the resort. I was excited every time I saw her name in my inbox, and she was full of advice on how to make the most of our 3 days in 4 parks- including tips for securing our places in virtual queues that were a total success! Every time I referenced her emails for advice, my aunt would ask me “what did your friend say to do again?”. Working with Rachel truly was just like planning a trip with a friend; what mattered to me is what mattered to her, and she was so patient, professional, and enthusiastic. The service I received from her was unmatched, even by cast members at Disney. I could tell she loves what she does and her passion radiated through our correspondence.

We had the best time making memories on our short girls’ trip and my aunt enjoyed her first time at WDW thanks to Rachel and People Mover Travel!

We had such a great time celebrating my son’s 5 th birthday and our 11th wedding anniversary at the happiest place on Earth. I hadn’t been in years and was nervous about the whole trip. No matter how big or small my question was Rachel did a great job with answering all my questions and sending me information throughout the weeks leading up to the trip. She responded quickly every single time. With her help, we made all the reservations we wanted and she made sure to book them as soon as reservation windows opened up. We had a smooth trip using all the tips she provided. We will definitely use Rachel again for any future trips/cruises.

Rachel was fantastic with helping my husband and I plan our honeymoon. We initially planned to travel to an all inclusive resort in Jamaica, but ended up needing to change our plans. Rachel was able to book the original plan and then accommodate our changes and help us plan our new honeymoon to Los Angeles, California and then Disneyland Resort. In addition to taking care of all of our needs, ensuring our dining reservations were made, and doing last minute check ins, the Disneyland tips Rachel sent were extremely helpful in familiarizing us with Disneyland. I haven’t been in 20 years and it was my husbands first time, so seeing tips on how to get around the resort, what to prioritize, and suggestions for ride, dining, and entertainment planning helped eliminate a lot of my own independent research time which I appreciated! We will absolutely be using Rachel and People Mover Travel again in the future for any of our travel needs!!! Thank you Rachel!!

Rachel was amazing, the two of us that had traveled to Hawaii had never been before. Rachel answered all questions about the different places to stay in the Waikiki beach area and found a great place. She also was able to pull a bunch of different activities and excursions together to give us options for our time on the island. I just want to say thank you for making this trip so smooth to book and also to travel too with check in and outs was supper easy. I would totally recommend Rachel and People Movers travel to everyone.

Working with Rachel was so seamless! We had an idea of what we wanted already (honeymoon in Antigua) but it definitely was helpful having her present options and work through everything together! This was my husband's and my first experience working with a travel agent and once we returned from our trip we vowed never to go back to traveling without one. Rachel was such a fabulous agent to work with and she curated the most amazing first anniversary trip/delayed honeymoon to Rome. We had a fabulous hotel, amazing dinner recommendations, and the BEST tours/excursions around historical sites. Perhaps one of the most helpful services Rachel provided was the extensive background information and cultural tips to keep in mind in prep for being abroad! We are so thankful to have had a stress free trip from start to finish.
