We had a wonderful time at Universal Studios and really enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Falls. The whole trip was great from start to finish and a lot of that was due to Rachel's help in planning our trip. I really appreciate all the tips and guidance. My boyfriend and I recently traveled to Orlando for a Disney/ Universal Orlando vacation. Rachel was there to help and answer any questions we needed before and during our stay!
