I love working with Erika! I have booked so many trips with her, it is hard to count! She always is responsive and easy to get things accomplished. I love the ease of having a travel agent with booking and reservations. Erika is a wonderful person and the best in my opinion! We recently went on a grandma trip, and Erika was helpful adding my mom to my plans since I have an annual pass. We had the best time taking my daughter with her grandma! I highly recommend Erika for your future trip planning!

We have booked so many trips with Erika and she always makes it so easy! I never have any stress going into our trips. Recently, we went in October and went to the Not So Scary Party. She was wonderful and was able to book us on Halloween night which made our entire trip! On the same trip, our flight getting there was delayed and she made sure everything was adjusted and ready for when we got there! I was stressed and she calmed my mind. She is wonderful! 10/10!

Erika is the best, communication was key! She answered all my questions, went above and beyond calling NCL multiple times and reminded us of all the important dates and things to do on them such as check in, dinner reservations etc.
