Erika is an absolute gem to work with! We have now booked several trips with her for Disney World and Disneyland. This past trip, our flight got cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. She worked her magic and was able to adjust our hotel to an extended day and also moved every single one of our reservations around! I loved working with Erika! The communication was great before, during and even after our Disney trip! she was on top of everything even helped with our room when Disney messed up something.
