Jordan was an exceptional agent to work with for our first trip to Universal Orlando! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the parks and surrounding areas, and helped recommend the perfect accommodations and tickets for our family. We have booked so many trips with Erika and she always makes it so easy! I never have any stress going into our trips. Recently, we went in October and went to the Not So Scary Party. She was wonderful and was able to book us on Halloween night which made our entire trip! On the same trip, our flight getting there was delayed and she made sure everything was adjusted and ready for when we got there! I was stressed and she calmed my mind. She is wonderful! 10/10!

We had an amazing trip and could not have asked for better help in Arlina! We've had to change plans so many times and she fixed this for us effortlessly. Arlina was AMAZING to work with for planning our honeymoon! I had originally booked the cruise and was so overwhelmed with wedding planning that I reached out to People Mover for help. Rachel was such a blessing. She planned our 15 day trip to Scotland, Ireland, and England with flights, tours, car rental, and hotel stays. She literally took the stress out of planning this vacation. We had some issues with our flights that were all out of her control but she helped us get everything settled. We loved our first ever cruise being the Disney Merry time Cruise on the Wish! It was magical to say the least. We were extra spoiled with the concierge experience and already booked our next cruise. Working with Cheyenne is always amazing. Her communication is top notch and she responds back promptly to any questions we have. With it being our first cruise, I was nervous, but she helped take care of all the small details and eased my concerns.
