We loved our first ever cruise being the Disney Merry time Cruise on the Wish! It was magical to say the least. We were extra spoiled with the concierge experience and already booked our next cruise. Working with Cheyenne is always amazing. Her communication is top notch and she responds back promptly to any questions we have. With it being our first cruise, I was nervous, but she helped take care of all the small details and eased my concerns. Would definitely recommend working with her and it’s so crazy the service is free!

My family has been to Disney World many times over the years, but this was my first time organizing a trip for 10 across 3 families. We worked with Rachel and she was wonderful and knowledgeable about everything we needed. Jordan was SO sweet and helpful planning our honeymoon! It was both my husband and I's first time to Europe, so we really were a bit intimidated and weren't even sure were to start. I chose Jordan because she had Europe and Disney Paris on her profile, and she was fantastic! She spent months helping us choose hotels, excursions, train tickets, etc. that were within our requested budget. She made it so much easier, and I knew we could reach out to her anytime if we needed anything. Highly recommend!!

Erika is the best, communication was key! She answered all my questions, went above and beyond calling NCL multiple times and reminded us of all the important dates and things to do on them such as check in, dinner reservations etc.

If you're looking for a great travel agent, look no further! Jordan was so helpful in planning our 2 week European vacation. Not only did she help with the Disneyland Paris portion of the trip (which is how we originally had the idea to reach out to People Mover), but she helped find us great accommodations in our price range and provide valuable insight on how we planned the other 12 days of our itinerary in London and Paris. She was easy to collaborate with via email, was always prompt to follow up, and never lost track of the latest iteration of our trip. If we are ever in need of a travel agent again, I would not hesitate to reach back out.

This trip was phenomenal! Jordan helped us find hotels for each destination of our road trip and book our rental car. She gave us a few options for each destination and went above and beyond when I requested the hotels be unique and more inn-like. We went from Boston where we saw our favorite band, to Maine where we saw amazing lighthouses and had delicious lobster roll. From Maine we went to North Conway New Hampshire and rode a scenic railway and drove through the Kancamagus Highway stopping to hike up to beautiful waterfalls. We enjoyed strolling the shops in Stowe Vermont before heading to Connecticut to visit all of the towns that inspired my favorite show Gilmore Girls. The roadtrip was a dream and I’m so grateful Jordan helped us with the logistics of booking our stays and car!

Cheyenne has great communication skills and was very knowledgeable! She was able to answer any and all questions in a timely manner and was always so pleasant to work with. She helped make our daughter’s 6th Birthday trip to Disney a complete success thanks to all her tips and recommendations! Thank you, Cheyenne!
