All I had to do was let Tony know what we were looking for and he seamlessly set up a great Disney vacation package for our family’s 1st ever trip to Orlando, Florida in 2024. It was a pleasure booking my vacation with Bailee right from the beginning. Bailee was always professional and very patient especially at the beginning when we were deciding on specifics before booking. It was lovely to work with someone who gave us time to make a decision on things without being pushy or trying to over sell to us. Bailee was amazing with booking our vacation pre 2024 dates and prices and as soon as these came out she was quick off the mark getting this sorted for us which wouldn’t have been something we could have done easily ourselves. Bailee also applied a discount later in the year which was a lovely surprise! Just not something you get when you book everything yourself. As a first timer to WDW we had lots of questions and Bailee helped us with all of those with no trouble and also supported us with the Disney app and booking dining reservations. This was such a weight off my mind when booking as I knew I would trust that Bailee would sort these for us while I was at work! Communication was always so quick and I never had any trouble over the year we had contact and having different changes and updates to our booking. Bailee also supported us whilst at WDW as there was an issue with our photo pass on the app but she gave us great advice on how to get this sorted straight away. Im really glad we booked our vacation with People Mover Travel and especially Bailee as it allowed me to focus on planning smaller details and not worry about our main booking so much. As a couple from the UK booking with a US travel agent the only thing for us was to bear in mind the currency conversion and also some security issues with our payment cards when booking but it was all sorted really quickly and Bailee made sure everything was sorted as smoothly as possible. I’d 100% recommend this travel agency and especially Bailee to book anyone’s vacation and feel like they are in good hands! Thank you for everything!

I am so very happy with booking, advice about the holiday, help when we needed it, kindness, friendliness, professionalism, it was money so very well spent! We went to Disneyland Paris last my and were advised to book with a British Disney travel agent who was NO WHERE NEAR as good as this one and charged us $80 for the pleasure of using his services!! With high insight I wish I had used People Mover travel whatever the cost it would have been worth it!

Having seen “Disneyville” vblog and we’re thinking of going to Disneyland California? The concept of being able to walk to some parks is appealing and is the only plus for Disneyland Paris? Also I believe Walt Disney himself supervised / was still alive when Disneyland California opened? I remember Walt a man truly a pioneer of his generation. I would absolutely recommend People Mover Travel and have already done so in the US & UK.
