We had such a great time celebrating my son’s 5 th birthday and our 11th wedding anniversary at the happiest place on Earth. I hadn’t been in years and was nervous about the whole trip. No matter how big or small my question was Rachel did a great job with answering all my questions and sending me information throughout the weeks leading up to the trip. She responded quickly every single time. With her help, we made all the reservations we wanted and she made sure to book them as soon as reservation windows opened up. We had a smooth trip using all the tips she provided. We will definitely use Rachel again for any future trips/cruises.

Erika is an absolute gem to work with! We have now booked several trips with her for Disney World and Disneyland. This past trip, our flight got cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. She worked her magic and was able to adjust our hotel to an extended day and also moved every single one of our reservations around! I have known about People Mover Travel for quite a while after many years of following Tyler (the owner) and his wife, Jessica, on YouTube. I have heard Tyler speak so highly of his agents, so I was excited to be able to utilize their services when my family decided to take our first Disney cruise. Martha is absolutely amazing!! When I was tasked with planning a 22-person bachelorette party, I was extremely overwhelmed until I reached out to Martha. She handled everything seamlessly - she was responsive, professional and extremely effective. There were many instances where my guests' reservation preferences changed and the cruise line was not responsive or gave us contradictory information. Martha handled these challenges with the utmost professionalism, which included numerous calls for hours at a time with the cruise line, with the ultimate result always lining up with my guests' preferences. If I was not working with Martha, the trip would not have gone smoothly. I do not have anything for her but the highest compliments and would recommend her to anyone.

This is my first time working with a travel agency for help with a cruise and it has been great so far! Martha texted me different quotes and they were all very organized. She always quick to respond to any of my questions and will call the cruise line if we were unsure about anything. Since working with Martha, we were able to book three different cruises, she made the booking process extremely easy for all three! Kayla did a wonderful job helping us plan our trip to Walt Disney World and Disney Wish cruise. She was always very responsive to my questions and was there every step of the way.

Cheyenne has been great! I am going on a trip to Europe soon and this is my first time traveling abroad so it has been great to have someone help plan everything. I feel confident that my flights, hotels, etc have been carefully booked. Cheyenne replies quickly to my emails and answers all of my many questions. If she doesn't have the answers she will find them as quickly as she can.

Martha has been the MOST helpful when planning our WDW trip. Arlina was fantastic to work with! We were consistently surprised and impressed by her attentiveness to us. She helped us get reservations to one of the most popular restaurants in Epcot, which was very high on our list, along with several others. She was always available to answer our questions and really made the trip special. She even sent an email on the day we traveled home from Disney World saying she hoped we had an amazing trip! It is that kind of care and attention to detail that blew us away, and we are already planning our next Disney trip with her help!
