Martha planned a very last minute trip for us to St. Augustine, Florida. Even with the trip being so last minute, Martha treated us like total VIPs! Martha was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive, even while she was out of town on her own vacation and a few last minute changes needed to be made, she didn’t miss a beat! We truly felt like VIPs, I would highly recommend Martha for any of your travel needs! Going forward, we won’t be traveling without her help and expertise! She is already working on booking our next few trips!

Wow! Martha worked her magic for my birthday trip to Portugal. As a surprise, she contacted our hotel and let them know we were celebrating a milestone birthday. When we checked in, we received a HUGE upgraded suite, with a large outdoor space that had an amazing view of the Douro River and peacocks right outside our door! There was also a bottle of champagne with chocolates, fruit and a handwritten note wishing me a happy birthday from the hotel! It was so unexpected and thoughtful! I have used other travel agencies in the past but will be exclusively using Martha for all of my travel planning needs from here on out! Can’t recommend her enough!

This was my husband's and my first experience working with a travel agent and once we returned from our trip we vowed never to go back to traveling without one. Rachel was such a fabulous agent to work with and she curated the most amazing first anniversary trip/delayed honeymoon to Rome. We had a fabulous hotel, amazing dinner recommendations, and the BEST tours/excursions around historical sites. Perhaps one of the most helpful services Rachel provided was the extensive background information and cultural tips to keep in mind in prep for being abroad! We are so thankful to have had a stress free trip from start to finish.

We had a wonderful time at Universal Studios and really enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Falls. Bailee was amazing to work with from day one. She made the whole booking process so easy and stress free for us. We were a large group and she accommodated all of us without any issues. Bailee was so fast with replying to emails for any questions i had. She also handled everything from booking the resort to dinner reservations and even airport transportation. I will absolutely be working with Bailee again and have already recommended her to a couple friends!

Kayla was great! I started to set up my own trip but was totally lost. My daughter & I watch Tyler Brauns Youtube channel with his wife. My daughter suggested their travel agency. So I did & there I met Kayla Robinson. She was super knowledgeable of all Disney. I felt bad several times for changing dates, hotels, & how many we’re traveling with us. Kayla has been awesome from the beginning to the end of the process of booking our trip. When we have had questions she answered them for us and was there for us for everything that we needed. When it came time to book our Enchanted Extras she was a superstar. She hooked us up with all of our dining reservations that we wanted and was able to fit them within our park reservation plan. She even went as far to reach out to us with her work cell number that we could text her if we had any questions while we were on our vacation. My wife and I have not done a Disney Cruise and we are already talking about when we want to go and when it's time to start planning we are definitely reaching out to Kayla to help us. Neither of us have been on a cruise and we are already racking up the questions and I'm sure she'll knock it out of the park again.

We are so grateful to have had Martha as our travel agent! This was my first time planning a Disney vacation, and it was my 8 year old sons first Disney experience, so it had to be perfectly planned. I couldn’t have done it without Martha. She was so patient with us from the beginning steps, while planning, and even after we arrived. Martha provided us honest and transparent advice, made sure to provide us quotes within our budget but also outside to help us see our options. She provided tons of info about where to eat, what shows to see, and what rides were a must. She even got up at 5am to ensure we got a reservation at the restaurant we wanted! She was always available to answer ANY questions we had, even once we arrived at the resort and we’re at the parks. She checked on us regularly to ensure our trip was going well. Overall she was amazing and really passed on her love and compassion of Disney to my family! I highly recommend her to all of my friends and family.
