This was our first time staying at a Disney Hotel and Bailee made all the process much easier and smoother.

Stephanie was amazing booked our Disney tickets a very overwhelming thing to do on our own. She also responded to my emails very quickly even got back to me with help to fix my Disney app hiccup while we were already on vacation. She was very friendly and already plan to use her services in the future!

Any issues that arose she was prompt in responding and helped us make last minute changes to our trip after experiencing weather related cancellations. Since I’ve been to Disneyland many times before I didn’t think I needed a travel agent. We decided to try it out for fun and I am so happy we did! Kayla was so helpful and quick to respond throughout the entire process. She shared several tips that even as a seasoned traveler, I wasn’t aware of. Kayla was so great to work with when booking passes to Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando, FL this winter - you made the process so seamless and stress-free, THANK YOU! My husband and I spent a day at Disney World --Kayla helped us find a restaurant to have dinner and explained the details we needed to know about the Disney app so we could make the most of the day we had there! We then spent a day at Universal Studios with my husbands family, really easy to check in and get into the park! Alyssa planned my amazing 5 night 6 day trip with my granddaughter to Disneyworld. As a Disney veteran I expect the best in my hotel and dining experiences. Alyssa delivered on all accounts. She found several hard to find character dinners for us which were amazing! She and her company were available to me if any problems arose! Can’t wait to plan my next trip with her!
