Using People Mover Travel Agency was the best decision we could have made! Tyler took the stress out of all the planning, answered every question quickly and when we decided to stay an extra day midway through our trip he was able to snag us an amazing room at Animal Kingdom Lodge for a steal just minutes after I sent him an email. We will always use People Mover Travel Agency and we will be making more trips to Disney because this trip was so amazing!

We had never been to Disney and had no idea what to expect, but Tyler made our trip (and planning it) an amazing experience! We live in Canada, so international travel and Covid restrictions were additional things to consider while planning the trip, and Tyler and Jenn were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about everything. This was my family's first time using a travel agent for a trip and it worked out great! We will go through People Mover Travel for the next trip. We just got back from our Disney trip and on the drive home from the airport we were discussing putting in plans for the same week next year with Bailee at People Mover Travel. This was a very last minute decision trip - I requested information Dec 12th and we left for our trip Jan 31st. Bailee gave excellent tips and advice on the new dining options, as well as use of the Disney app. She even recommended Port Orleans Riverside for our resort, which we absolutely loved! She was such a great wealth of knowledge, and always quick to reply to my questions. Bailee also made herself available during my actual trip if I needed anything as well. I am so grateful for Tyler and his team. We took our first trip ever to Disney World this December and Tyler made our first trip to Disney stress free and we had an amazing time. Tyler booked our hotel, our dinning reservations. He answered all questions I had. We just got back from our Disney honeymoon, and Tyler assisted in making this the best trip we have ever been on.

We stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort, and this was one we had never thought to stay at, but I am so glad we did!

This trip was pushed back due to the pandemic, but with Tyler’s help, changing our reservations was an absolute breeze!

The resort definitely lived up to the Disney reputation, and we felt right at home. The amenities were amazing! Literally had hammocks on the sand, and tropical drinks, making it really feel like a beach getaway and Disney vacation all in one!

We were (somehow) able to get reservations at every single restaurant my husband and I wanted to eat at, and it was all thanks to Tyler’s hard work.

We were able to eat at Cinderellas Royal Table, The California Grill, and the brand new Space 220, just to name a few, but I can guarantee you this would not have been possible without People Mover Travel!

Between the constant communication, the friendly reminders, checking in on us the week before we left and the day we came back, People Mover Travel did not disappoint.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD USE OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR ANY FUTURE DISNEY TRIPS!
