This was the first time I've used a travel agent. Arlina was a great help for me since this was the first time I've gone on a Disney Cruise. She always helped clarify things for me, and I really appreciated her getting us a spot for the princess gathering! I liked having the ability to ask someone questions instead of having to try to find out on my own.
