I was given all the information I needed to make an informed decision when booking my holiday. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and with an added bonus of humour. I am a different person with very specific needs? I’m registered blind, have a service dog and live in the UK! I’ve booked a once in a lifetime holiday with my 2 daughters and of course my service dog! I thought it would a nightmare paying with a UK credit card but simple! So pleased and thank you very much! Can’t wait for our holiday!
