Thank you to Rachel for helping us with our trip to Europe! We couldn't have done it without her help! She was very professional, prompt, and easy to work with. We haven't been out of the US and tried to plan for ourselves but had no idea which direction to go. Rachel listened to our suggestions and was able to help us every step of the way. Our hotels were clean, and staff was friendly. The tours she set up for us were informative and helpful.
