From the first email we received from Jordan, we knew we had an awesome travel agent and we knew our Disney World trip was in excellent hands! Through the beginning planning stages, during our trip, and even after when we returned home, Jordan was there to support us with all the details of our vacation and helped make the whole process much easier and stress free. (From booking park, hotel, and dining reservations, to giving advice, checking in, offering support, and much more!) During our trip, Jordan went above and beyond, and was there for us with her personal phone number to see how we were doing on our vacation and was always available to help make our Disney trip the best it could be. Aside from helping us with travel needs, Jordan was just a phenomenal person to work with. It's not every day you find a fellow Clone Wars fan and to be able to connect over this helped it feel like we were working with a friend! But when working with Jordan, you could tell just how much she cared about her job, her clients, and about helping people have the best possible vacation, which was really special! Ultimately, we could not be more thankful for all of the work Jordan put into helping us with our trip and when it comes to our next Disney vacation, we will most definitely be reaching out to work with Jordan through People Mover Travel again!
