Tyler was responsive, friendly, and very helpful. He offered detailed answers to my questions and pointed me to other resources when he didn't know the answer. He was easy to work with and flexible as we changed our plans (a couple times!). I appreciated his help and assistance in booking our fast passes and helping me make decisions about how to spend our vacation. I've been to WDW many times before and this was the first time I used a WDW travel agent and I will definitely work with Tyler again and I recommend you do too.
