I had the pleasure of working with Rachel to plan our family vacation to Walt Disney World. I cannot express enough gratitude for this woman. She was so easy to work with. [Rachel] replied to all of my numerous emails the next day. She was extremely informative and detailed. Rachel went above and beyond every time I had another question. The information she provided helped me to plan our trip and make the most of it while we were there. When I expressed my confusion and how i was worried I might mess up Genie Plus and Lightening Lanes, Rachel told us we should get on a call versus emailing. This was so helpful to speak live. She made all the reservations for parks and lunches and dinners and made it easy for me when I was stressing big time as it is all a lot of work. She was always available when I needed her.
