Thank goodness for travel agents, and YouTube! (which led me to People Mover Travel)

This was my husband's and my first experience working with a travel agent and once we returned from our trip we vowed never to go back to traveling without one. Rachel was such a fabulous agent to work with and she curated the most amazing first anniversary trip/delayed honeymoon to Rome. We had a fabulous hotel, amazing dinner recommendations, and the BEST tours/excursions around historical sites. Perhaps one of the most helpful services Rachel provided was the extensive background information and cultural tips to keep in mind in prep for being abroad! We are so thankful to have had a stress free trip from start to finish.

Universal Orlando

We had a wonderful time at Universal Studios and really enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Falls. The whole trip was great from start to finish and a lot of that was due to Rachel's help in planning our trip. I really appreciate all the tips and guidance. Thank you Rachel! I recently went on my first trip to Disney World with my sister. Rachel was so fantastic at talking me through our options, gave great advice and really listened to me. She was so patient and overall really helped me feel safe and secure in our decisions (and also in changing our minds)! We loved Disney World so much we finished our trip in Disneyland which Rachel helped us to organise quite last minute and we again had an amazing time. I have had such a good experience working with Rachel and People Mover Travel!! They helped as book a pretty last minute trip, took all the hassle out of finding the right resort for us, and Rachel helped a ton when there was miscommunication with the transportation company. My boyfriend and I recently traveled to Orlando for a Disney/ Universal Orlando vacation. Rachel was there to help and answer any questions we needed before and during our stay! Rachel really went above and beyond for us with her expertise and services! She gave us so many amazing tips and tricks that were a complete gamechanger for our trip! Her communication style is friendly and very personalized. As a supervisor/trainer of a large customer service department, I have to say this is the hallmark for the type of service that should be delivered. Her service added another layer to planning trips that I never knew I was missing out on! Not to mention it was all free!
