Walt Disney World & Universal Orlando

My boyfriend and I recently traveled to Orlando for a Disney/ Universal Orlando vacation. Rachel was there to help and answer any questions we needed before and during our stay! We were so lucky to have had her as our travel agent and we will be using her for our next vacation whether it be Disney or not.

Rachel really went above and beyond for us with her expertise and services! She gave us so many amazing tips and tricks that were a complete gamechanger for our trip! Her communication style is friendly and very personalized. As a supervisor/trainer of a large customer service department, I have to say this is the hallmark for the type of service that should be delivered. Her service added another layer to planning trips that I never knew I was missing out on! Not to mention it was all free! We will be back in the future, thank you Rachel and Tyler for all your hard work.
