I haven’t been to Disney World in about 15 years prior to this trip. Now having two young kids it was time to go back, and let’s just say Disney World changed a lot since I’ve last been there, I didn’t even know where to begin on planning the trip. All I did know was I wanted it to be something my children would never forget. On top of not knowing where to start I was also planning this trip in less than 60 days
Thankfully I found Martha to help plan our trip. She literally knows everything you need to know about Disney World, she was so update with all the new procedures that it made our lives ten times easier. Like I said I was planning this trip with less then 60 days so many Disney attractions such as dinner reservations were already filled up, Martha insured me not to worry she stayed on top of it everyday and was even able to get us a last minute character breakfast reservation which my kids loved. The best part was Martha was down in Disney often while I was planning this trip so she was literally able to keep up to date on the latest information because she was actually there. In the end we had a great trip , we had a great experience working with Martha and we highly highly recommend her work.

Cruise to the Bahamas

Martha planned a very last minute trip for us to St. Augustine, Florida. Even with the trip being so last minute, Martha treated us like total VIPs! Martha was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive, even while she was out of town on her own vacation and a few last minute changes needed to be made, she didn’t miss a beat! We truly felt like VIPs, I would highly recommend Martha for any of your travel needs! Going forward, we won’t be traveling without her help and expertise! Wow! Martha worked her magic for my birthday trip to Portugal. As a surprise, she contacted our hotel and let them know we were celebrating a milestone birthday. When we checked in, we received a HUGE upgraded suite, with a large outdoor space that had an amazing view of the Douro River and peacocks right outside our door! There was also a bottle of champagne with chocolates, fruit and a handwritten note wishing me a happy birthday from the hotel! It was so unexpected and thoughtful! I have used other travel agencies in the past but will be exclusively using Martha for all of my travel planning needs from here on out! Can’t recommend her enough!

We are so grateful to have had Martha as our travel agent! This was my first time planning a Disney vacation, and it was my 8 year old sons first Disney experience, so it had to be perfectly planned. I couldn’t have done it without Martha. She was so patient with us from the beginning steps, while planning, and even after we arrived. Martha provided us honest and transparent advice, made sure to provide us quotes within our budget but also outside to help us see our options. She provided tons of info about where to eat, what shows to see, and what rides were a must. She even got up at 5am to ensure we got a reservation at the restaurant we wanted! She was always available to answer ANY questions we had, even once we arrived at the resort and we’re at the parks. She checked on us regularly to ensure our trip was going well. She made the first trip to Disney so seamless, I didn’t have to think twice about booking another trip with her. This trip was for the RunDisney Princess Half Marathon weekend. Martha was very knowledgeable about transportation to the races, recommended length of stay, and where to stay on Disney Property. I highly recommend Martha for assistance when booking a Disney vacation especially a RunDisney race weekend.
