Kayla was incredibly kind and helpful in planning a trip to Disney World for my husband and me. She answered all of our many questions and made us feel like our vacation was just as important to her as it was to us! She is always just an email away. When we decided to change resorts just a few weeks before our trip, Kayla was on top of changing the details of our package and providing helpful information on which new resort we should choose (and she helped us pick the perfect one !).
