I had so many questions and date changes throughout this process and Jordan was so helpful through it all. I felt guilt about always needing her but she always made the process easy for us. Jordan did great job overall! She kept us updated on deadlines and gave us plenty of advance warning on things. She seemed to genuinely care about us having a perfect vacation!

Working with People Mover Travel, and specifically Jordan, was great! Jordan gave great recommendations based on our goals for the trip, including helping us select a hotel and food recommendations. She really tailored everything to our specific trip and was so knowledgeable about what options were available. She was always available to promptly answer questions/suggestions, but also let us take the reins on certain aspects of the trip that we didn’t need as much help with (for example, Jordan offered to help us book dining reservations, but when I explained we weren’t interested in sit down reservations and asked for recommendations for quick service, she gave a great list of places and foods to try). I was really impressed and will be coming back to People Mover and Jordan for planning future trips!

We planned our trip a whole year in advanced to celebrate my sweet grandaughter's "go ahead to fly" after her heart surgery. She is our miracle baby! My daughter, her sweet baby Jean, she's almost two years old and myself (MiMi aka grandma) flew to Disney World. Galactic Starcruiser…Absolutely amazing trip. My 5 year old son loved every minute and believed were in space the whole time. Jordan was great and called me many times before my trip to make sure I was completely prepared. Jordan made it seamless.

From the first email we received from Jordan, we knew we had an awesome travel agent and we knew our Disney World trip was in excellent hands! Through the beginning planning stages, during our trip, and even after when we returned home, Jordan was there to support us with all the details of our vacation and helped make the whole process much easier and stress free. During our trip, Jordan went above and beyond, and was there for us with her personal phone number to see how we were doing on our vacation and was always available to help make our Disney trip the best it could be. It's not every day you find a fellow Clone Wars fan and to be able to connect over this helped it feel like we were working with a friend! Jordan has helped my family with two Disney World vacations and one Universal vacation. We are a bit unique in that my partner is wheelchair bound so accessibility and ease of commuting is key! Jordan has really helped us with every step of the way and we communicate to her if there is anything that is a problem that way we can grow with her an understanding to anything we wish to improve like the best resorts for us to stay at and restaurants that fit our tastes.
