We planned our trip a whole year in advanced to celebrate my sweet grandaughter's "go ahead to fly" after her heart surgery. She is our miracle baby! My daughter, her sweet baby Jean, she's almost two years old and myself (MiMi aka grandma) flew to Disney World. Jordan was with us all the way through this planning and was always available to answer any questions and did a lot of work to make this vacation really special for us! We cannot thank her enough. From the first email we received from Jordan, we knew we had an awesome travel agent and we knew our Disney World trip was in excellent hands! Through the beginning planning stages, during our trip, and even after when we returned home, Jordan was there to support us with all the details of our vacation and helped make the whole process much easier and stress free. (From booking park, hotel, and dining reservations, to giving advice, checking in, offering support, and much more!) During our trip, Jordan went above and beyond, and was there for us with her personal phone number to see how we were doing on our vacation and was always available to help make our Disney trip the best it could be. Aside from helping us with travel needs, Jordan was just a phenomenal person to work with. It's not every day you find a fellow Clone Wars fan and to be able to connect over this helped it feel like we were working with a friend! But when working with Jordan, you could tell just how much she cared about her job, her clients, and about helping people have the best possible vacation, which was really special! Ultimately, we could not be more thankful for all of the work Jordan put into helping us with our trip and when it comes to our next Disney vacation, we will most definitely be reaching out to work with Jordan through People Mover Travel again! Jordan has helped my family with two Disney World vacations and one Universal vacation. We are a bit unique in that my partner is wheelchair bound so accessibility and ease of commuting is key! Jordan has really helped us with every step of the way and we communicate to her if there is anything that is a problem that way we can grow with her an understanding to anything we wish to improve like the best resorts for us to stay at and restaurants that fit our tastes.
She contacted us on one of her busy travel days to help us with something. It was amazing to know she was there for us and we greatly appreciated it!

This is the first time I’ve used a travel agent, and Jordan was amazing! She found the prefect all inclusive resort for our honeymoon and helped with excursions we wanted to do.
