Her expertise and guidance through this whole Disneyworld process has been exceptional and I don't think I could ever thank her enough. My family had the most amazing, life changing, magical memories made that will last a lifetime and she is a big part of the success of that trip. Through ADR, park reservations, park hopper, early entry, split stay, memory maker (look at me with the lingo). Arlina made everything look and feel effortless. I just wanted to let everyone know that I had book my cruise with Arlina back in April. All paid for and now just waiting to go in Feb 2023. A few days ago she had emailed me and let me know that I was eligible for a promotion that Disney was running. She was able to get me a refund of over $500.00. She was still looking out for my family even though her job had technically already done. Now that is amazing customer service!

I have known about People Mover Travel for quite a while after many years of following Tyler (the owner) and his wife, Jessica, on YouTube. I have heard Tyler speak so highly of his agents, so I was excited to be able to utilize their services when my family decided to take our first Disney cruise. I reached out and got a response from one of the agents, Arlina, in no time. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and timely in her responses. She even gave me suggestions on things to do with my 2 year old in Miami for a couple days prior to boarding the cruise and was always available for questions.
