I just wanted to let everyone know that I had book my cruise with Arlina back in April. All paid for and now just waiting to go in Feb 2023. A few days ago she had emailed me and let me know that I was eligible for a promotion that Disney was running. She was able to get me a refund of over $500.00. She was still looking out for my family even though her job had technically already done. Now that is amazing customer service!

I have known about People Mover Travel for quite a while after many years of following Tyler (the owner) and his wife, Jessica, on YouTube. I have heard Tyler speak so highly of his agents, so I was excited to be able to utilize their services when my family decided to take our first Disney cruise. I reached out and got a response from one of the agents, Arlina, in no time. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and timely in her responses. She even gave me suggestions on things to do with my 2 year old in Miami for a couple days prior to boarding the cruise and was always available for questions.

She helped us get reservations to one of the most popular restaurants in Epcot, which was very high on our list, along with several others. She was always available to answer our questions and really made the trip special. She even sent an email on the day we traveled home from Disney World saying she hoped we had an amazing trip! It is that kind of care and attention to detail that blew us away, and we are already planning our next Disney trip with her help!

We looked at multiple Disney cruises vs. Disney Parks vacation and ultimately decided on a Disney Parks vacation staying in the newly remodeled suites at Disney’s All Star Music Resort. It was such a good value and was the perfect spot to stay for our family of six! Arlina always checked in with us and got back to me right away when I had questions!
