Arlina was fantastic! I had such an easy time working with her and she was so helpful. It was my family's first time to Disneyworld and I was so overwhelmed with the idea of planning our trip. Arlina made it so much easier and help me understand how to use the My Disney Experience app to look at all the things planned during the day. She also directed me to blogs and other resources to help me prepare for my trip (VERY HELPFUL). She was prompt with her email responses and detailed with the answers. My husband and I just got home from an amazing trip to Universal Studios. Working with Arlina and people mover travel was absolutely amazing and made the whole processof booking our vacation so easy and stress free. My husband and I were able to really relax and enjoy ourselves the entire time that we were in Orlando. Arlina answered any questions that came up and was wonderful to work with. Arlina was amazing! I really appreciate the patience she had with my situation. My getaway weekend was supposed to be in May buy we had a family situation. She gave me all of my options including change my hotel booking to another date so I wouldn't loose money. Actually we save money. We had a bast, she was always in contact in case I need something. Hotel she recommended was beautiful. everything was perfect thanks to her. Im pretty bad planning vacations and she did it for me.
