Arlina was fantastic! I had such an easy time working with her and she was so helpful. It was my family's first time to Disneyworld and I was so overwhelmed with the idea of planning our trip. My husband and I just got home from an amazing trip to Universal Studios. Working with Arlina and people mover travel was absolutely amazing and made the whole processof booking our vacation so easy and stress free. My husband and I were able to really relax and enjoy ourselves the entire time that we were in Orlando. Arlina answered any questions that came up and was wonderful to work with. Arlina was amazing! I really appreciate the patience she had with my situation. My getaway weekend was supposed to be in May buy we had a family situation. She gave me all of my options including change my hotel booking to another date so I wouldn't loose money. Actually we save money. We had a bast, she was always in contact in case I need something. Arlina is an amazing travel agent! She stayed within our budget, reserved hard to get reservations (Royal Table, Oga’s Cantina,Tuskers) and she was very responsive to our emails. I love that she gave us so many options for a family of 6 working with a tight budget. This was our first time going to WDW, so she fielded a plethora of questions about hotels, parks, transportation, Genie +, Lighting Lanes, rides, and restaurants. Also, a Disney + promotion came out after we had already booked and Arlina immediately reached out and made all necessary arrangements so we could benefit from the promo. A simple Disney YouTube search, led me to a family documenting their Disney Vacation. Came to realize, the family owned a Travel Agency that caters to Disney and beyond, with a great staff.
